Emmy’s innovative design vision comes from a background in design and an appreciation for hand-crafted sensibilities.

Emmy believes the best interiors are collected. Driven by an obsession with vintage furniture and a deep love of art and modern design, she curates layered spaces that reflect the people who inhabit them.

Emmy, a New York-based interior designer, is the founder of her eponymous firm, Emeline Sprague Studios. She approaches each project with a historically informed perspective, drawing on her background in Art History, Architectural Studies, along with a degree in Interior Design from Parsons School of Design. Her experience includes work with leading architecture and design firms, such as D’Apostrophe Design and Bunny Williams.

With a deep appreciation for diverse design styles, she creates interiors that reflect her clients’ visions and her own refined eye for vintage, custom furniture, rich textures, vibrant colors, and the details that define a thoughtful interior that feels developed over time.
